"Gold for cooking". This black truffle olive oil is obtained by infusing black winter truffle (Tuber Melanosporum) in quality olive oil, supplemented with pieces of summer truffle.
Used hot or cold, it perfectly restores the characteristic flavor of the black truffle and is particularly appreciated on salads, pasta, risotto, beef carpaccio or eggs.
Its elegant 25cl packaging can be used in professional kitchens but is perfectly suited for resale in delicatessens.
