This organic agave syrup from SUNNY BIO is a natural sweetener packaged in a convenient 500g squeeze bottle. It is made from 100% agave syrup, obtained by hydrolysing, heating and filtering the sap extracted from the heart of the plant (agave sp). This syrup is certified organic (Ecocert FR-AB-01) and comes from Mexico. It has a liquid texture, a light yellow to slightly golden colour, and a sweet, mild, neutral flavour with hints of caramel. Professional culinary uses: Agave syrup is a popular sugar substitute due to its low glycaemic index and high sweetening power.
