Composed of a base of Sencha green tea (82%), it contains real pieces of ginger (10%) and lemon peel (5%) for a lively and slightly spicy initial taste. This certified organic tea is an ideal solution for catering and hospitality professionals looking to diversify their offering with a healthy, invigorating and naturally fragrant drink. Professional uses, preparation and storage: ► Catering applications: Perfect for enhancing a tea menu focused on vitality or for serving at breakfast. Its lemony freshness and the warmth of the ginger also make it an excellent accompaniment to light end-of-meal treats. Its 2g individual filter bag format, featuring a string without a clip, ensures a neat presentation and impeccable hygiene for service in the dining room or in guest rooms. ► Preparation: To preserve the delicacy of the Sencha and the intensity of the citrus notes, steep the tea bag in gently simmering water (around 80°C) for 3 to 5 minutes.
