Professional uses, preparation and storage: ► Catering applications: A centrepiece of the tea menu, Breakfast is particularly popular with continental or English breakfasts. Its robust body makes it ideal for adding a splash of milk or a squeeze of lemon. Its 2g filter bag format, with a string and no clip, ensures easy handling and perfect hygiene for service in the dining room or in-room. ► Preparation: To release the full power of the black tea without excessive bitterness, use simmering water (90–95°C). The recommended infusion time is 3 to 5 minutes depending on the desired strength.
