Grown in wild tea gardens and hand-picked, this 100% organic green tea produces an amber-coloured infusion, renowned for its lively vegetal notes and characteristic hint of bitterness. Its 2g filter bag format is an ideal solution for professionals demanding both quality and speed of preparation. Professional uses, preparation and storage: ► Catering applications: Gunpowder is the tea of choice for making traditional mint tea, where its robustness balances perfectly with the freshness of the mint leaves and the sugar. It can also be enjoyed on its own at the end of a meal for its invigorating properties. Packaging in string-tied bags without staples ensures impeccable service in restaurants and hotels, whilst facilitating control over portion costs. ► Preparation: To release the flavours without developing excessive bitterness, steep one bag in simmering (not boiling) water for 3 to 5 minutes.
