A major element of European blends, Keemun is a black tea harvested in the province of Qimen, China. Light and low in theine, it develops a creamy cup with milky notes reminiscent of coconut and orchid. Cultivated since 1875, Keemun undergoes a particularly slow withering and oxidation process. The result is its fine, rich and nuanced flavors mixing milk, coconut, cocoa, cream, honey, orchid, vanilla. Low in theine, its supple and generous bouquet in one makes a rich tea, out of the ordinary. Infuse 3 minutes in water at 90°C at the rate of 2g (1 teaspoon) per 25cl.
