These breads keep for 6 months at room temperature, allowing you to serve freshly-baked bread at any time of the day with no wastage. These part-baked breads are made from 100% organic French ingredients, using sourdough starter, purified water and untreated sea salt, with no preservatives or flavour enhancers. The quality of this range is the result of an 18-hour dough making process, giving the bread a tender, flavourful crumb. The dough is gently rolled and left to rise in flowered linen towels to obtain a “true grey” colour, then cooked in stone-floor ovens for a thick crust guaranteeing optimum shelf life.
