Beautiful Mc Cain vegetable fries, light, thin and crispy, combining carrots, beets and parsnips for a colorful and vegetarian mix! Preparation: In a deep fryer at 175°C, cook for 2? minutes without defrosting. In the oven, spread out on a baking tray in a single layer and cook for approximately 8 minutes at 200°C. In the Merrychef or Turbochef, cook for 2 to 3 minutes at 275°C. For cold storage, reheat for 35 minutes at 130°C without defrosting, 25 minutes if defrosted.
