It combines the crispy exterior of a golden potato disc with a tender centre boasting an authentic flavour, enhanced by a hint of nutmeg. Designed for professionals in the high-end fast-food, burger, brunch and brasserie sectors, this versatile ingredient offers an ideal solution for capitalising on the latest street food trends and meeting your customers' expectations for originality. Professional uses, preparation and storage: ► Culinary and snacking applications: Use Potato Toast as a creative base, as a direct substitute for the traditional burger bun or bread, in gluten-free or signature recipes. It is perfect for topping hot sandwiches, serving as a base for eggs Benedict at brunch, or as a base for savoury open sandwiches and gourmet combinations. ► Quick and versatile preparation: Simple preparation in the kitchen without prior defrosting. Fry in a deep fryer at 175°C for 3 to 3½ minutes for an optimal crispy texture, bake in a combi-convection oven at 200°C for 18 minutes, or in a conventional oven at 220°C for 18 minutes. ► Storage and preservation: Must be stored in the freezer at -18°C. Never refreeze a product once it has been defrosted.
