Preparation and serving tips: ► Although the product is cooked, it reaches its full potential after being reheated on the grill: ► On the barbecue or in a frying pan: Grill for 10 to 15 minutes, turning regularly. ► Expected result: The sausage should be golden brown on the outside and cooked through. ► Accompaniment: Traditionally served with mild mustard, crispy chips or an Alsatian potato salad.
