Saint Félicien stoneware dish 150g SÉLECTION BEILLEVAIRE
414148
A creamy, classic Dauphinois cheese presented in a ceramic dish.
Produced in Isère, this artisanal Saint-Félicien is made from thermized cow's milk. A soft-textured cheese with a bloomy rind weighing approximately 150 g (10 cm in diameter by 3.5 cm in height), it boasts a particularly creamy texture and a melt-in-your-mouth interior with a mild, delicately fragrant flavor. Presented directly in its traditional stoneware cup lined with plastic wrap, this attractive packaging preserves the cheese's natural creaminess during aging while offering an authentic appearance ideal for showcasing in a dining room or on a buffet.
Professional uses, preparation, and storage:
► Culinary applications: Thanks to its elegant presentation in a ceramic bowl, this Saint-Félicien is perfect for individual servings or for sharing in traditional restaurants, bistros, hotel buffets, and catered events. It fits naturally on a regional cheese platter or can be enjoyed warm—heated for a few minutes in the oven directly in its stoneware dish—accompanied by toasted country bread, walnuts, figs, or a drizzle of honey.
► Preparation: Remove the cheese from the refrigerator about 30 to 45 minutes before serving so that it develops its full creaminess and rich aromas.
► Storage: Fresh product wrapped in plastic film. Store in the refrigerator at a temperature between +2°C and +6°C. Find this cheese in our Dairy & Cheese section at Le Delas in the Rungis International Market.
Butters, dairy desserts, rice pudding, semolina pudding, panna cotta and small pots of cream, homemade with the authentic taste of good raw Vendée milk!
From his family heritage, a dairy farm in the heart of the Breton-Vendée marshes, Pascal Beillevaire has managed to reconcile two passions: trade and agriculture. Since its creation more than 40 years ago, Maison Beillevaire has brought together the entire dairy industry and its trade. Their manufacturing methods are inherited from artisanal know-how and respectful of taste and quality. These authentic desserts, small pots of cream and farm yoghurts are produced from raw milk collected hot morning and evening from farms located near the workshop, in order to guarantee production without any heat treatment. The butter is made in barrate and molded manually. After adding subtly selected and dosed ingredients, the desserts and small pots of cream are baked in the traditional oven, then cooled slowly, in order to preserve their creamy and melting texture. Their individual packaging makes them an ideal product for resale and room service.
