These exceptional skewers, crafted by Saveurs des Mauges, showcase pork tenderloin, recognised as the most tender and leanest cut. Sourced from pigs of French origin (91%), the meat is delicately marinated in a mixture of tomato, red peppers and a hint of Espelette pepper (0.11%). This combination offers a subtly spicy and fruity flavour profile, typical of the South-West, without ever masking the delicacy of this cut. Each skewer is assembled with fresh tomatoes and courgettes, providing a juicy texture and a colourful presentation, ideal for a high-end serving.
Professional uses, preparation and storage:
► Gastronomic applications: A genuine premium alternative to classic skewers, they are perfect for the menus of gourmet brasseries, restaurants and caterers. They are superb for cooking on a griddle, grill or barbecue. The tenderness of the fillet mignon allows for quick searing, which preserves the meat's tenderness whilst lightly grilling the vegetables. Served with baby potatoes or a risotto with seasonal vegetables, they make for a refined, summery main course.
► Preparation: For the best taste experience, we recommend cooking the skewers through to the centre. Their generous weight (around 160g per skewer) ensures a satisfying portion for a main course whilst keeping portion costs manageable.
► Storage: Fresh product to be stored between 0°C and +4°C. Presented in trays of 8 units under modified atmosphere packaging, these skewers retain their flavour and colour exceptionally well. The 15-day shelf life offers reassuring storage flexibility for professionals.

Its products are made according to the know-how of the small butcher, from high quality products and in particular 100% French pork. . The rillettes are simmered as in the past in slow cooking in cast iron pots and put in pots with a ladle. Manual work guarantees the correct execution of all manufacturing steps and authentic products.
