These lentils are cooked with carrots and onions. Reheat for 8 mins in a steam oven with the freshness sachet, 2 mins in a perforated gastronorm, 15 mins at 160°C in a combi-mixed oven in a covered gastronorm with a sauce of your choice, 10 mins in a bain-marie directly with the sachet.
