This product is a professional-grade preserve of Williams pears in light syrup, packaged in a large 3/1 tin (total net weight: 2.6 kg). The Williams pears (55%) are a selected variety and are harvested and packaged in France. They come from the best producing regions: Provence, the Alps and the Rhône Valley. The recipe is 100% natural, consisting of pears, water and sucrose, guaranteeing superior baking quality. The drained net weight of the fruit is 1.43 kg. The fruit is uniform in size (e.g. 20 to 35 fruit halves per tin depending on size). The tin is guaranteed BPA-free and is recyclable.
