The recipe is 100% natural, using a selected variety, the Alsatian plum. The fruit (58%) is preserved in a light syrup and is of uniform size (≥20 mm). This fruit is specifically recognised for its baking quality, ensuring optimal texture and taste after cooking. The product is guaranteed allergen-free, GMO-free and non-ionised. The 2/1 tin has an easy-open lid and is BPA-free and recyclable. Choosing this product from Le Delas ensures complete traceability (fruit sourced locally in the Grand Est region) and consistency from an IFS Food-certified factory that meets the most stringent requirements for professionals.
