These chips are the result of a rigorous selection process by Le Delas for their high quality and cocoa content. This chocolate is composed of 49.5% sugar, 43.0% cocoa paste and 7.0% cocoa butter. The total dry cocoa solids content is 49.4%. The chips are micro-sized (length 7.5-10.5 mm; width 4.0-6.0 mm) and have a characteristic brown colour. The product is HALAL and Kosher Dairy certified and is suitable for vegetarian and vegan diets. It supports the Cocoa Horizons Foundation.
