The total dry cocoa solids content is 49.4%. The chips are micro-sized (length 7.5-10.5 mm; width 4.0-6.0 mm) and have a characteristic brown colour. The product is HALAL and Kosher Dairy certified and is suitable for vegetarian and vegan diets. It supports the Cocoa Horizons Foundation.
