The olive groves of Sitia are at the extreme north of Crete, in a landscape alternating high mountains, plateaus, gorges, plains and sandy shores. 2.5 million olive trees provide the characteristic aromatic richness that cater them these exceptional climatic and geological conditions combining Mediterranean, European and African characteristics. Made from freshly picked Koroneiki olives, exceptionally low acidity, the oil is slightly spicy, intensely fruity aroma which combines with olive tomato notes and dried fruit while leaving a long and harmonious aftertaste. The "Organic Oleum of Sitia" and "Sitia Oleum Nature's gift" ranges are the only Greek oils to have won a 2-Star Award at the "Great Taste Awards 2016" in London.See all products in this range
