This 7° white wine vinegar from the Champagne-Ardennes region is a product of great finesse, made from high-quality white wines and aged for a year in oak barrels. This ageing process gives it a yellow colour with amber highlights, as well as a complex aromatic profile characterised by woody and almond notes, with a subtle buttery touch. Both aromatic and delicate, it preserves the integrity of the flavours of the ingredients it accompanies.
