Produced in Spain, this traditional recipe combines the natural sweetness and melt-in-the-mouth texture of premium-quality dates (90%) with the nutty crunch of carefully selected walnut pieces (10%). Containing no additives, this fine product highlights the purity of the fruit. It provides an ideal, healthy base, offering an excellent energy content (331 kcal / 100 g) suited to the demands of modern catering and vegetarian diets.
Professional uses, preparation and storage:
► Cheese accompaniment: It is the perfect partner to round off your meal. Its sweet roundness creates a memorable contrast with the character of blue-veined cheeses (Roquefort, Stilton), the strength of matured goat's cheeses or the creaminess of the pressed cheeses selected by Le Delas.
► Buffets and lunch buffets: Ready to serve and easy to slice into thin pieces, it fits seamlessly onto fine charcuterie platters, brunch buffets or as an ingredient in creative autumn and winter salads.
► Café gourmand and petits fours: Cut into neat cubes, it can be served as a healthy treat to accompany hot drinks or to enhance the selection of snacks during seminar breaks.
► Safety: Due to the presence of nuts, it is not recommended for use in menus for young children (under 3 years of age).
► Storage: A stable product with a best-before date of 9 months. To preserve the softness of the dates and the freshness of the nuts, store the packs in a cool, dry place, away from moisture, heat and direct sunlight.

Almondeli is based in the south east of Spain in Alicante and harvests its superb almonds in the small village of Hellin, not far from the Mediterranean Sea, in a 200 hectare finca. The same family has been cultivating varieties such as Marcona, Valencia and Largueta on this land for 3 generations. Product of origin raised according to traditional methods and in the respect of the environment, these almonds once harvested are pruned or not and fried in vegetable oil with sea salt.
Almondeli almonds are renowned for their delicately buttered flavor, crunchy with a melty final.
Obviously ideal as an aperitif, this dry fruit finds a place of choice accompanying a Manchego or other cheeses.
