The Boule d'Or turnip is distinguished by its sweet flesh and golden yellow colour. It can be prepared in many ways: roasted in the oven with a drizzle of oil and aromatic herbs, simmered in a pot-au-feu, transformed into a creamy purée, or sautéed in a pan to accompany meat and fish.
