The 80/85 size refers to the diameter of the fruit in millimetres. Supplied by Le Delas Rungis, this Golden Delicious apple is appreciated for its fine, sweet, juicy and slightly crunchy flesh. It is very versatile in the kitchen, whether eaten raw or cooked.
