This octopus has been selected by Le Delas for its exceptional tenderness. Captured in Morocco, it is processed and packaged in Spain, of which it is a specialty! It is eaten in tapas, as a starter, or main dish cooked in the gallega (Galician). If you want to work your octopus yourself, it is recommended to freeze the fresh octopus at least a day to soften it, it is already done.
