Made using traditional methods, Galzin bread rolls are fresh and delicate on the palate, thanks to the use of Aveyron flour, Boundoulaou water, natural sourdough and Camargue salt. Since 1938, Maison Galzin has been perpetuating a family tradition based on sourdough, handed down from generation to generation. Located in Millau, the bakery favours local raw materials, such as Mediterranean fruit and south-western wheat, to guarantee impeccable quality.
