Cod steak (Gadus morhua) is a prime cut, prized for its firm white flesh and delicate flavour. Each steak is prepared by our fishmongers at Le Delas's fish market in Rungis the night before the order is shipped, ensuring optimal freshness and quality. You can specify the desired size when ordering.
