This creamy Gorgonzola ans mascarpone cheese sauce has a smooth, coating texture with hints of raisins and nuts. Its taste is marked, perfumed with Marsala. It is perfect with poultry or white meat accompanied by fresh pasta or gnocchi. Reheat in the packaging for 40 to 45 minutes in a bain-marie in a pan of simmering water or in a steam oven at around 85°C / 90°C.

Quality, consistency, practicality and cost control are guaranteed. Warm up in steam oven packaging at 85/90°C or in a water bath 20 to 25 minutes, or portioned in 60g microwavable cups 30 at 40 seconds at 800W.
