The pastry of sweetbreads is a piece of pastry made of veal stuffing stuffed with sweetbreads and foie gras. The puff pastry is baked in the oven and the puff pastry, pure butter composition, is crispy and tasty. From the first bite, you will be surprised by the pleasant scents of sweetbreads, foie gras and the tip of cognac. An entrance worthy of a festive menu! A dry white wine, less fruity, like a Chablis will bring a light note to this puff pastry. Directions for use: heat the veal sweetbreads in a traditional oven at 160°C for 20 minutes.
