Fresh soursop puree doypack 1kg PONTHIER
033339
Ponthier's chilled soursop puree is made from fully ripe fruit, selected for its pulpy white flesh and delicately sweet and tangy flavour. Also known as guanabana or graviola, soursop has a unique and complex flavour profile, evoking a subtle combination of pineapple, strawberry and citrus. Sifted and flash-pasteurised, this ready-to-use puree guarantees a smooth, homogenous texture, with no added colouring or preservatives, for fast, convenient use. This product has been carefully and rigorously selected by Le Delas, a wholesaler at Rungis, to guarantee impeccable quality for demanding professionals.
Culinary uses
Soursop puree goes perfectly with a wide range of sweet and savoury creations.
► Pastry and ice cream: ideal for making sorbets, creams, mousses, bavarois or macaroons.
► In drinks: the perfect base for exotic cocktails, smoothies, or fresh fruit juices. It goes particularly well with coconut, mango and passion fruit.
► In cooking: its fruity acidity can enhance a sauce to accompany fish, shellfish or poultry, adding a refreshing tropical note.
Tasty, healthy and responsible fruit coulis and purées for gastronomy!
This family-run business, which has specialised in fruit since 1946, embodies above all a commitment to the authentic flavour of fruit through its chilled purées and coulis. It sources exceptional, rare and exclusive fruits, picked at peak ripeness and gently processed shortly after harvesting. It supports the gastronomic community with its creations and innovations. Certified B Corp, one of the most stringent social and environmental labels, Ponthier will switch to using French-sourced beet sugar in June 2024 to reduce its carbon footprint. Ponthier coulis and purées are made from fruit sourced from carefully selected varieties, harvested according to their stage of ripeness, with no colourings or preservatives. Both fresh and frozen purées are used in desserts, ice creams or sorbets, jams, fruit jellies, coulis, glazes, as well as in cocktails, smoothies, milkshakes and slushies... The coulis, whether fresh or frozen, can be used to decorate plates, alongside cakes, on ice cream, mixed with yoghurt, or in fruit salads. These fruit bases are ideal for cooking, laboratory work and, of course, baking. Their resealable packaging allows for easy portioning and optimal protection against bacteria.
