Chassenay d'Arce champagnes are an expression of the terroir of the Côte des Bar. Located in the south of the Champagne region, this vineyard is made up of Jurassic hillsides on Kimmeridgian limestone, interspersed with small green valleys. This varied terroir, with its many different exposures, produces light wines made mainly from Pinot Noir grapes, sought after by some of the great houses to bring freshness to their cuvées. This cuvée, emblematic of the house, stands out for its complexity and classic character. It is made from around 62% Pinot Noir, 37% Chardonnay and 1% Pinot Blanc. Remarkable for its generosity and finesse, it is both consensual and well-balanced. The nose is very expressive and delicate, revealing the power of the pinot noir with aromas of small red and yellow fruits, balanced by the harmonious freshness of the chardonnay. On the palate, it is full-bodied and unctuous, offering an indulgence that perfectly matches the richness of the nose. Location in store: Cave à vins - Allée 19
