Fruity and delicate, this Cuvée Extra Brut Champagne from Paul Berthelot is made from 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir grapes from Premier Cru vineyards. Its colour is clear with a subtle yellow tinge, and its aromas are robust with vegetal notes reminiscent of fern and herbal tea, evolving towards a bouquet of ripe honeyed fruit. On the palate, this champagne is well-structured and very smooth from the outset, with flavours of apple, pear and redcurrant tinged with subtle notes of menthol and aniseed. It has a lovely, long finish. Dosage 4g/litre. 12,5°. Serve at 8°C. Location in store: Cave à vins - Allée 19
