Chassenay d'Arce champagnes are an expression of the terroir of the Côte des Bar. Located in the south of the Champagne region, this vineyard is made up of Jurassic hillsides on Kimmeridgian limestone, interspersed with small green valleys. This varied terroir, with its many different exposures, produces light wines made mainly from Pinot Noir grapes, sought after by some of the great houses to bring freshness to their cuvées. This straightforward, spontaneous Champagne Blanc de Noirs is made from around 89% Pinot Noir, which gives it structure and power, 8% Chardonnay and 3% Pinot Meunier. It has a generous effervescence and a powerful, fruity palate, giving this champagne of character good balance. Location in store: Cave à vins - Allée 19
