Rosette au Jambon Aoste is made from French pork, including 20% ham, carefully seasoned with salt, lactose, spices, dextrose, sugar and preservatives (potassium nitrate and ascorbic acid), then stuffed into natural pork casings, steamed and dried according to tradition. Each piece weighs approximately 2.5 kg and is ideal for delicatessen professionals, caterers and restaurateurs looking for a product that is ready to slice and serve, particularly for buffets and banquets.
