This superior dry sausage, made from pure pork, is produced from pork meat and fat. Seasoned with salt and spices, it is stuffed into natural casings and dried according to traditional charcuterie methods. Each piece weighs between 1.5 kg and 2 kg, with an oblong shape approximately 25 to 30 cm long and a diameter of approximately 150 mm.
