This premium quality traditional Caribbean black pudding is packaged in a string of ±2 kg in a tray.
It is a traditional black pudding made in France from meat sourced in France (Certified VPF - French Pork, and French Charcuterie Expertise). Its distinctive feature is the use of fresh Caribbean chillies (0.19%), which give it a characteristic, spicy flavour. It is made from fresh ingredients (blood, fat, onions), coarsely minced, stuffed into natural pork casings and cooked in the traditional way in a boiler. It is notably free from preservatives, additives, colourings, flavourings, flavour enhancers and gelling agents.

► Caribbean starter: It is traditionally served as a starter with a sauce chien and eaten hot.
► Main course: Delicious served with mashed potatoes, caramelised onions or cooked apples (sweet and savoury).
► Finger food: Sliced, it is perfect for tapas or catering buffets.
Storage and preparation tips:
► Preparation: Must be cooked before consumption. Cook for approximately 10 minutes in a frying pan or 12 to 15 minutes in the oven (210°C).
► Storage: Fresh product to be stored between +0°C and +4°C.
