Storage and preparation tips:
These dried mushrooms should be stored at room temperature in a dry place. They will keep for several months. Before use, they must be rehydrated: soak them in a bowl of warm water for 2 hours. Once the chanterelles are rehydrated, set them aside. Strain the chanterelle infusion to remove any traces of sand and soil. Once opened, the bags should be used quickly to preserve the quality of the product.
