Harvested in the salt marshes of a Breton producer, the use of cultured salicornia makes it possible to obtain a tender, fiber-free salicornia. Sterilized, it can be stored at room temperature. After rinsing with clear water, it can be eaten raw in a salad or hot pan-fried in butter or oil.
