In this real local culinary workshop, 15 men and women, proud of their roots, make all the recipes from raw materials mainly from local fishing. The rillettes, preserves and cooked dishes are entirely handmade without coloring or additive. The recipes are elaborated with simplicity to exalt the subtle and iodized flavors of the quality raw materials used.
