Membrillo Emily is one of Spain's leading manufacturers of artisan quince paste. This quince paste is made from 58% quince, sugar and lemon. Quince paste, with its dense texture and sweet, slightly tart flavour, has a multitude of gastronomic uses. It can be thinly sliced and served on cheese platters, where it perfectly complements blue-veined cheeses such as Roquefort or goat's cheese.
