It begins in 2010 with the production of an exclusively IGP Piemont hazelnut oil, by a innovative cold pressing process designed with the faculty of agriculture of Turin. Its immediate success with professionals allows the creation of a full range of exclusively italian nuts oils, chosen from reputable producers: green pistachio of Bronte PDO, sprockets the coast of Pisa, almonds "Romana" of the Val di Noto, Venice "Lara" walnut... After nuts oils and de-oiled powders, Pariani range expands to semi-finished products for the manufacture of ice cream: pasta, flours, seeds, candied fruits, essences...
