These French organic millet seeds are a beautiful golden yellow and have a mild, slightly sweet taste. Roasted millet seeds bring a nutty flavor to your compositions. They are distinguished in pastries by their crispy texture. Millet has a high nutritional value. It is rich in proteins, minerals (iron, copper, but also magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, zinc) and vitamins (B1 and B6). It is a gluten free seed.
