Le Delas celebrates Halloween with this unique farmhouse cheese, made on the family farm from raw goat's milk. The goats' diet, rich in alfalfa, clover and fresh grass, gives this cheese its delicate aromas and generous texture. Lightly sprinkled with cayenne pepper, Citrouille de chèvre has a beautiful orange colour and a subtly spicy note, while retaining its authenticity and delicious flavour.
