The Socculent clementine is the most prized clementine. It is seedless and very sweet. Cultivated in Spain, the fruit does not undergo any post-harvest treatment. It is advisable to keep it in the refrigerator and take it out for a few hours to return to room temperature. It works wonders in segments for a soufflé or pastry.
