Raspberries are fresh, delicate and fragrant red fruits, distinguished by their sweet and slightly tart flavour and very delicate texture. They are packaged in small 125g punnets to protect the fruit and preserve their neat appearance. Culinary uses: Raspberries are suitable for a variety of uses, mainly in baking and decoration: ► Fine baking: Ideal for decorating cakes, tarts and desserts, or for incorporating into mousses, bavarois and tiramisu, and of course raspberry tarts. ► Fresh desserts: Perfect served on their own, with a touch of crème fraîche, or in a fruit salad. ► Coulis and sauces: Can be blended to make coulis, sauces or toppings to accompany ice cream and fromage blanc. ► Drinks: Used to flavour cocktails, detox waters or infusions. Storage and preparation tips: ► Storage: Fresh and very fragile product. Store in the refrigerator between 0°C and 4°C and consume quickly after purchase.
