These Moricettes® bites are made from micro pretzel dough loaves filled with a Helix Pomatia snail and garlic-glazed butter. Presented on a cardboard tray suitable for baking, they are frozen for quick and easy use in restaurants or event caterers. A festive, high-quality product, ideal for cocktails, buffets and aperitifs. Culinary uses | Ready to cook, Moricettes® with snails can be prepared directly in the oven: ► Without defrosting: Remove the film and cook the tray for 15 min at 180°C. ► With defrosting (3-5 h at 0-4°C): Then bake for 5-10 min at 180°C. ► Recommendation: Leave to rest for a few minutes before eating. Do not refreeze after thawing.
