Prepared in an excellent natural court-bouillon, these shelled snails (Helix Pomatia) are ready to use, without rinsing. They can be used to garnish shells, in a gratin, in casserole dishes or even on skewers, depending on the inspiration of the Chefs. Their flesh with a delicate taste can be adapted to all recipes. Their extra flavor comes from the use of a 100% natural broth by infusing a bag of bay leaves, thyme, bird's eye pepper, cloves in salted water. Your snails will have been bathed in a fragrant broth.
