100% vegetable nuggets, simple to cook, they melt in the mouth and are rich in fibre. You can fry them for 45 seconds at 180°C, 5 minutes in the oven at 180°C, or brown them for 2 minutes on each side in a hot pan with fat. They are without palm or coconut oil, without artificial coloring, without GMOs, with less than 3% of saturated fatty acids and their production consumed half the water than classic nuggets.
