Alternative to minced steak, this Premium vegetable steak, this gourmet and tasty Premium vegetarian mince is based on textured vegetable proteins from French organic soybeans, grown in the south-west of France. This product has a meat-like texture and taste. It is a tasty alternative to animal protein. Its composition is healthy with a short list of ingredients, containing no additives, flavorings or methylcellulose and benefiting from a nutriscore A! These frozen burgers are easy to cook in a frying pan or in the oven for a tasty result. In a frying pan, with a little fat and over a medium heat, cook for 8 to 12 minutes uncovered. In the oven, place in the oven at 180°C for 12 to 15 minutes for a texture that's crispy on the outside and tender in the centre. For a "rare" burger, opt for light cooking, and for a firmer texture, opt for medium or well done.
