Professional uses, preparation and storage: ► Culinary applications: This mince is ideal for replacing meat in all your classic recipes such as Bolognese sauces, lasagne, shepherd's pie or stuffing for stuffed vegetables. ► Cooking instructions: Its structure ensures excellent hold during cooking, whether mixed directly into a sauce or sautéed to add colour and a crunchier texture to stuffings and mixtures. ► Nutritional benefits: Rich in protein and a source of fibre, this product has a Nutriscore A rating and contains less than 2% saturated fat, making it a prime choice for creating balanced menus in catering or commercial kitchens. ► Preparation: Cook directly without defrosting first. Fry in a pan for 4 minutes over a medium heat, stirring regularly, or add to your oven-baked dishes. Cook thoroughly before eating. ► Storage: Frozen product; must be stored at -18°C.
