The Ultimate Carrot Traycake is a moist, slightly spiced carrot and orange cake. The recipe is enriched with sultanas, coconut and walnut pieces. It is finished with a creamy icing made from vegan cream cheese and Madagascan vanilla. The decoration is sprinkled with blueberry petals, crushed caramelised hazelnuts and pumpkin seeds. This product is specifically designed to suit a vegan and vegetarian diet. It comes in the form of pre-cut trays with 30 rectangular slices for easy serving and portion control.
