The Ultimate Carrot Traycake is a moist, slightly spiced carrot and orange cake. The recipe is enriched with sultanas, coconut and walnut pieces. It is finished with a creamy icing made from vegan cream cheese and Madagascan vanilla. The decoration is sprinkled with blueberry petals, crushed caramelised hazelnuts and pumpkin seeds.
This product is specifically designed to suit a vegan and vegetarian diet. It comes in the form of pre-cut trays with 30 rectangular slices for easy serving and portion control.

Handling and storage instructions:
► Frozen product, store at -18°C until use.
► Defrosting: Remove slices individually and leave to defrost for 2 to 3 hours at room temperature.
► After defrosting, store at room temperature and consume within 3 days. Never refreeze a defrosted product.
► Dimensions of a slab: 380 x 230 x 60 mm.
