Light and airy like the cake of the same name, this "Merveilleux" log is made with dark chocolate ice cream (69% cocoa, pure Côte d'Ivoire origin), white chocolate ice cream mousse, French meringue discs and a milk chocolate coulis. It is coated with dark chocolate shavings and topped with a meringue decoration.

Artisanal ice creams and sorbets with pure ingredients, no aromas, no colorings or unnatural additives.

If Marc and his company are today located in the north of France, it is from his youth in Tahiti that comes his love of ice cream and vanilla from the islands. For catering, it produces ice creams made with local farm milk and artisanal sorbets, from noble and authentic ingredients, without aromas, colorings or other unnatural additives. The overrun method is also traditional, guaranteeing a higher weight per liter than that of industrial ice cream.
